We typically are able to draft up an agreement within 2 to 4 business days upon request. Once the contract has been reviewed and electronically signed, you will receive a link for electronic payment. Once payment is submitted and cleared, you will receive a receipt of payment with an executed copy and the date is officially yours!
We normally ask for 50% upon signing. The balance is due at least 10 days prior to the event.
There are no additional taxes or fees unless otherwise stated.
Credit cards are accepted as payment upon request; however, there is a transaction fee of 3.5%.
Yes, we are fully insured and will provide access to our Certificate of Insurance.
What you see is what you get! Whichever lineup is listed on your contract is the band you will receive. However, we cannot guarantee any individual members or performers if an unforeseen circumstance were to occur. We have a large network of talented qualified musicians on hand at all times!
Every sales representative of Almost Easy Entertainment is an active performer. Dealing with performers directly ensures clear communication.
Yes, we would be happy to learn about your special request. Most of the time this is no problem for any of our lineups. In the rare case the song is not within the band’s capabilities, the DJ can always fulfill your request.
This is a very important part of the process! We have worked hard to give you an easy and streamlined experience in communicating your personal vision to our staff. A few months prior to the date, we will set up a template in the form of a Google document along with a master song list and copy of our current COI. This system allows us to keep in touch throughout the planning process in real time!
